POLICIES & PROCEDURES

CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOW

In order to continue offering the best possible scheduling options to my guests due to the demand of my time, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me

.-Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice a 50% fee per scheduled service does apply and will need to be collected prior to rescheduling your appointment.
NO CALL, NO SHOW:
-Should you "NO CALL/NO SHOW" a fee equaling 100% of your scheduled services will apply and will need to be collected prior to rescheduling your appointment.

RUNNING BEHIND?

I understand that sometimes things come up preventing us from being on time, I do offer a buffer of 10 minutes.  Please do your due diligence to contact me and let me know you are on your way. 
-Should you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, due to the high demand of my time I do reserve the right to reschedule or alter services. 
-Should you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time with no communication- you will be deemed a NO CALL, NO SHOW for this visit and will be charged for your appt. 
-Should this occur on multiple occasions, as well as a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your future service will apply and will need to be collected prior to rescheduling your appointment.

APPOINTMENT PROCEDURES

First and foremost, your comfortability and safety is my top priority. Should you feel uncomfortable with any of the procedures set in place, please do notify me.

 

1:) Upon arrival to your appointment, please send me a text message letting me know you are here and please wait in your car until I give you the go ahead to come in.

2:) Mask are no longer required in accordance to the local guidelines. If you find you would be more comfortable wearing your mask, you are more than welcome to do so. I too am happy to follow suit upon request.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE 

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.
If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know and I am happy to correct the issue within 7 days of your original appointment at no additional charge.
I do reserve the right to determine if a correction is within reason.

 

EXTENSIONS:

Adjustments to placement, haircut and blending may be made within 14 days of application. Removal of extensions is complimentary within 21 days of application after that fees apply. Any adjustments made by anyone other than myself will void this guarantee and fees will apply.

All sales are final. Due to the labor intensity and demand of time I do not offer refunds.
